Overview
The VP, Groupe Tech Solutions sits in the Groupe Tech Solutions Team. The mission of the Groupe Tech Solutions team is to drive growth and adoption of Epsilon's PeopleCloud Cleanroom (EPC), Data and Identity products among Groupe clients.
Responsibilities
This role will support all Groupe Tech Solution growth areas with a primary focus on driving an audience first activation mindset for Groupe clients and helping to define data solutions frameworks for how clients can best leverage Epsilon data, identity, and tech.
In this role you will liaise with Group Account teams and existing Epsilon delivery & Sales teams, supporting the value realization from Epsilon data and technology.
-Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across Tech & Data (primary) and the full Growth team's (secondary) Growth target
-Drives increased activation of Epsilon audiences via Tech & Data Solutions:
Proactively identifies growth opportunities for agency clients
Ideates on and creates client-specific audience strategies which leveraging Epsilon's data to build growth audiences meeting clients' objectives in the short and long term.
Supports the sell-in and positioning of strategies to clients, where needed
Align on measurement criteria and mechanisms to prove the value of Epsilon defined audiences.
Anticipates and initiates value discussions as needed to ensure continued growth
Work with specific account teams and Epsilon's PeopleCloud Inside team to ensure operational execution of planned activations - working to ensure pacing, delivery, and performance.
Provide feedback to leadership of what is working and where improvements can be realized.
Encourage and evangelize advanced audience targeting and segmentation methods using Epsilon data.
Participate in annual planning exercises across agency teams to drive increased activation as well as cross-sell and up-sell to relevant Groupe Solutions.
-Develops strong relationships with:
Groupe Agency teams - Account Leads, Investment, Strategy, and activation teams
Groupe Media Solutions teams - collaborating with our sister team, Groupe media solutions, in crafting holistic and solution-based growth strategies for our clients across Groupe products
Key Senior Clients - to educate on the benefits of Epsilon, Data and Tech where needed in support of day-to-day teams or new business
Agency Leadership - working with agency leaders to educate and drive adoption of Groupe Data & Tech Solutions offerings
Epsilon - working with Epsilon client, product, and delivery teams to ensure client and agency education and sell-in is supported.
-Design A Data Solutions Framework & Socializes it
Build a framework, which highlights the best strategies for the use of Epsilon data for audience activation
The solutions framework should be inclusive of existing strategies as well as new ideas and strategies.
Develop custom approaches by vertical for the use of Epsilon Data
Develop custom programming like our "white glove", tentpole audiences and always on persona audiences for quick activation
Socialize & Market the Data Solutions framework & programming with key agency stakeholders to drive adoption at scale
-Other Key Activities:
Support New Business Efforts where needed
Provide feedback to Epsilon Product & Data Teams
Working through agency or client objections to Epsilon strategies
Build case studies and proof points for Groupe Tech Solution offerings
Work through agencies annual forecasting process
Qualifications
The successful candidate brings 10+ years of direct experience in agencies leveraging data, tech, and ad tech environments. They are proficient in digital activation and audience development having likely served in those roles within an agency before. They are also versed in sales, media strategy and measurement.
10+ years in agency, working with data, tech, and media solutions.
Strong consultative selling skills and experience working to achieve annual quota targets.
Has an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrates grit and determination.
Ideally has worked in social or programmatic buying roles, investment, or client leadership in the past and understands the reasons for choosing certain strategies vs. another when it comes to media activation.
Excellent communication skills - confident, articulate, and able to write clearly, speak professionally, and translate complex concepts and initiatives to a wide variety of audiences.
Strong process and project management skills, as well as in-depth experience with data visualization tools.
Driven to deliver innovative data, tech, and media solutions with demonstrable business impact.
Collaborative leadership style, comfortable in a matrixed organization structure.
Innovative problem solver, client services bias, and a great team player.
Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain vital relationships across the agency and across the client organization.
Proven knowledge of digital planning and buying process with understanding of various vendors, different cost methods, various reporting, and delivery validation
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.

Compensation Range: $146,490-$230,460. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
