General Purpose of Job
The Director of Technology ensures the streamlined and secure operation of the IT unit in alignment with SECO Energys business objectives. This role plans, coordinates, and directs IT-related activities while providing leadership and administrative direction for the daily operations of the IT staff. Working closely with departmental decision-makers, this individual will identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective, strategic technology solutions across the organization. Additionally, the Director will establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support SECO Energy's goals and maintain high standards of technology management.
