Responsible for assisting in the resolution of incoming customer service calls/emails by providing timely, accurate information to customers or resolving issues as appropriate within department guidelines.



Salary: The target budget for this role is at $20/hour.




Key Responsibilities



  • Interact with internal staff and external customers in a professional manner

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures based on experience and knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders

  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures regarding customer interaction and data security

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance standards

  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Other duties as assigned




Minimum Requirement



Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.



Education

High school diploma or equivalent



Critical Skills



  • Minimum one (1) year experience working directly with customers

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability

  • Demonstrated effective time management skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to change

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities

  • SAP experience desired but not required

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$16.47 - $27.45
