The successful candidate will be responsible to accomplish sales goals that further cement our expertise and experience in the Lehigh Valley market.
Responsibilities include:
Heavy new lead generation via phone, email and face-to-face encounters
Generating new sales opportunities and introducing our expanded service portfolio to existing customers
Achieving a monthly sales quota and providing projections based on a sales funnel
Creating opportunities and documenting milestones in our CRM
Preparing quotes and contracts for in-person presentation
Working closely with other departments to provide the best solution to meet the customer needs
Building relationships with Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development groups and other community centered organizations to ensure our capabilities are top of mind
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
BA/BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
Residency in Pennsylvania and ability to come into the Palmerton office as required
Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
Previous experience in Sales
Previous experience in the Telecommunications Field
Familiarity with the Berks County and surrounding area
A good working knowledge of desktop computer applications
A good working knowledge of networking and using the internet
An Understanding of the technology behind Wi-Fi, routers and switches recommended
An Understanding of telephony technology including SIP, POTS, PRI and hosted voice solutions recommended
An Understanding of Ethernet networking and WAN recommended
An Understanding of Cable Modems recommended
Exceptional Lead Generation Skills (cold calling, canvassing, networking)
