Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Architect/Modeler


Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end flow between systems and processes.


• Participate in requirements gathering discussions with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders.


• Ask insightful questions to gain a deeper understanding of business needs.


• Translate business needs into technical requirements.


• Reverse engineer source system data structures for model sourcing.


• Apply practical experience with physical and relational data modeling.


• Utilize data modeling principles, including conceptual and logical data modeling.


• Develop and present recommendations to stakeholders.


• Communicate clearly with business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Data modeling principles (conceptual and logical data modeling)


• Medallion architectures


• Data warehousing


• Erwin


• Azure Databricks


• Unity Catalog

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Supply Chain workflows, including forecasting data, inventory planning, and allocations from warehouse to stores.
