The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the logistics of materials, tools, and equipment for O&M and construction from the central warehouse in Memphis, TN, and at project sites across the US. The role and department goals are to get the best value and quality parts and materials while being cost-efficient and budget-compliant, delivering those purchases on time, maintaining strong supplier relationships, establishing new accounts and backup suppliers, and managing warehouse logistics. The Procurement Manager will work with the O&M Manager on inventory and tool management tracking using our CMMS and work with the Construction Project Manager on material purchasing and vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Purchasing for O&M and Construction
Work with the O&M and Project managers to procure materials, equipment, and services for construction and O&M projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize costs and lead times.
Ensure all purchased materials meet industry standards, quality requirements, compliance regulations, and project and vendor specifications.
Logistics Coordination & Management
Coordinate shipping, transportation, and delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
Manage customs, import/export regulations, and freight logistics when applicable.
Optimize warehousing, storage, and distribution strategies.
Project Inventory Management
Implement inventory control in our CMMS, MaintainX, to track project materials and tools for O&M.
Implement inventory control in our construction management system, Procore, to track project materials and construction tools.
Work with O&M and Project managers to forecast demand and ensure critical materials are available when needed.
Minimize waste and excess inventory costs by optimizing procurement cycles.
Project Tools & Equipment Management
Oversee procurement tracking in our Airtable tracking system.
Work with O&M and Project managers to manage tool availability and allocation across projects.
Project & O&M Material Budget Compliance
Maintain procurement budgets, tracking expenses and bills against forecasts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic purchasing and supplier agreements.
Ensure procurement aligns with financial controls, compliance policies, and reporting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles. • Experience in construction, industrial, energy, RNG, or O&M preferred. • Strong background in logistics and inventory management. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products. • Experience with Renewable Energy is a plus. • Ability to travel periodically.
Knowledge & Technical Skills • Procurement & Contract Negotiation - supplier agreements, cost analysis, and compliance. • Supply Chain & Logistics - freight, warehousing, and distribution management. • Inventory Control & Forecasting - ensuring project materials/tools are available. • Budget Management - tracking procurement costs against project budgets.
Education & Certifications - Preferred, Not Required • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) - ISM • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) - APICS • Lean Six Sigma / Project Management (PMP) - a plus • Fluency in CMMS systems (MaintainX) and ERP systems (NetSuite)
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Work is performed in an office and warehouse and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, move materials, and general warehouse logistics.

Salary Range
The salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, including all benefits offered by Pine Creek.
