Annual Salary $40,000 to $60,000

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for achievement of sales objectives, brand growth and development.


• Responsibility for sales and marketing function at end user level.


• Develops, recommends, and assists execution of annual customer marketing plans with Sales Managers.


• Monitors and reviews competitive offerings and communicates the information internally.


• Creates monthly, annual, and long-term volume forecasts for closed end user business.


• Completes all needed sample requests.


• Work with Top Sales Team within each distributor partner to maximize sales growth.


• Prepares and communicates target account updates.


• Handling and resolving customer complaints with Sales Manager.


• Utilize social media resources to focus sales efforts with end users.


• Focused effort to close end user accounts within geographic region.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• BA/BS helpful with emphasis in Sales and Marketing preferred, High School Diploma required.


• 2+ years combined experience in sales and/or marketing strongly preferred.


• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and common e-mail programs; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong analytical skills.


• Ability to travel. 75+% travel including overnight stays averaging 1-2 per week .
