<b>Job Description:</b><br><br> We are seeking Software Engineer<br>- Core Java + Mainframe - for a very important client.<br><br><b>Requirement:</b><br><br>The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: <br><br>5 years of experience<br>MUST HAVES: Java Coding (5+ yrs); Cobol (3+ yrs); DB2 - SQL (5+ yrs)<br>NICE TO HAVE: AWS; UI creation - angular, react<br><br>Additional Skills:<br>Need someone with mainframe experience and is proficient in DB2 & SQL<br>Experience in AWS is a plus<br><br>Level Intermediate 7-8: DB2, Core Java, SQL Query <br>Level Intermediate 5-6: CICS, Cobol (any), MQ series <br><br>Proficient in Core Java development skills as well as multiple design techniques<br>§ Working proficiency in Core Java development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software<br>§ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks<br>§ Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security<br>§ Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages<br>§ Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software<br>#PandoPandoLogic.
