Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, technicians are needed to provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation. Technicians will be the trusted experts for customers, recommending and ensuring the proper setup of technologies.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to recommend the best technology solutions
• Perform installation of various products, such as TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, and smart home devices (door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, thermostats)
• Ensure installations are performed correctly and efficiently
• Provide high-quality customer service and support

Pay Up to $19 an hour

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to set an example
• Motivation to learn and master the latest technologies
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Capable of advising and recommending the best products to customers
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 60-80 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driving record check
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings
