Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, technicians provide and install advanced home technologies such as satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. Technicians are trusted advisors to customers, recommending the best technologies to meet their needs and ensuring proper setup.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend and install various Smart Home solutions, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Perform all phases of installation and setup.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Advise customers on the best solutions and products.
• Continuously learn new technologies.

Pay Up to $19 an hour

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to learn and master new technologies.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 60-80 pounds, and work in various environments and positions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR (driving record) check.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
