Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, your technical expertise and customer service skills are highly valued. You will install advanced home technologies, such as satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend and install the best technology solutions for customers, including TV mounts, sound bars, speakers, door locks, smart speakers, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Provide quality service and technical expertise during installations.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Advise customers on the latest technologies and products that meet their needs.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Serious commitment to customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and master new technologies.
• Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Comfort working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record check.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
