As the Category Management Manager, you'll be the day-to-day champion for our key customer accounts. Working hand-in-hand with our sales leaders, you'll help implement game-changing 4P (product, price, promotion, placement) strategies tailored to each account.
Your mission? Facilitate seamless, timely execution of these strategies by bridging the gap between Customer Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and the Account Teams. You'll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.
But your role goes beyond just coordination. You'll also:
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring brand and marketing goals translate into real-world customer and channel priorities
Drive the development of line review and innovation presentations to secure critical distribution wins
Advocate for the needs of the account teams, making sure their voices are heard
Deliver profitable sales growth across your assigned geographies and product categories

What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree, plus 5+ years of hands-on category management experience
Intimate knowledge of our key customers and sales channels
Expertise in promotional/shopper marketing and retail execution
Advanced data and analytics skills (Nielsen, IRI, e-commerce platforms, etc.)
Cross-functional business acumen to align Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance
Creativity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies for growth
Relationship-building prowess to advocate for account teams
