The Paraplanner Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Paraplanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with our financial advisors to assist in the creation and implementation of customized financial plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support client planning objectives which includes retirement planning, income analysis, investment analysis, fee comparison, tax reduction strategies, and risk management.
  • Prepare investment and performance reports.
  • Track and process required minimum distributions.
  • Execute trades, money movements, and other transactions.
  • Execute follow up items from advisors after meetings.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including agendas and client reviews.
  • Establish and maintain detailed client information in our database.
  • Prepare client correspondence, including letters and email correspondence.
  • Provide excellent client service by fulling clients' needs or directing them to the appropriate resources within the firm

Position Requirements/Preferences:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of education and experience.
  • Financial Services experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with word processing, email, spreadsheets, and financial planning software
  • Have or obtain standard Insurance license and Securities registrations.
  • Be willing to advance your education.

Salary:
  • $85,000-100,000
