Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Room Supervisor at MFP Technology Services in Shelton, CT. The Tech Room Supervisor will be responsible for Tech room personnel and workflow in the Tech Room including system builds, reconfigurations and testing to meet business requirements. This includes supervising staff, managing communication with customers, accuracy of inventory, deal with builds and tear downs from start to finish, provide training, and ensuring excellent customer service with internal and external sources. The Tech Room Supervisor will also work side by side with the TechRoom Technicians.
