Job Description:

Are you an experienced Operational Technology Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Analyst to work at their company in Maple Grove, MN.

Position Summary: Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests, and delivers operational technology systems and processes to meet manufacturing requirements.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Defines operational technology systems and operational technology processes by using appropriate methods and tools. Partnering with business and manufacturing customers to understand requirements.
  • Guides implementation of operational technology systems and processes by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations.
  • Support lifecycle management of manufacturing computer systems and work with manufacturing partners to identify retirement strategy.
  • Developing and executing test specifications, and implementing project and quality plans, while working with quality assurance analysts to improve quality processes.
  • Creates and provides training material for user assistance and system usage.
  • Resolves issues related to manufacturing use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or manufacturing owners to find acceptable solutions.
  • Contributing to cyber security hardening initiatives.
  • Support desktop and embedded system administration.
  • May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. (Intermediate, Senior).
  • May directly engage in software/application development
  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
  • For those individuals who supervise others, the following statements are applicable:
  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the client's Quality Policy.
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 Years with BS; 0 - 2 Years with MS, 6 years equivalent experience
  • IT/computer science experience!
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Windows OS administration experience
  • Process and policy writing experience desired
  • Acronis Cyber Protect Backup experience desired
  • Medical device experience is desired but not required.
