Insight Global is seeking a experienced Process Owner to join a leading Medical Device company. This person will assess process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes. The person will be working with the Galway, Ireland team to transfer knowledge as related to the Watman product. Candidate needs 5 - 7 years of Process Validation experience within an engineering role, at least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry as an engineer and at least 3 years of experience with hands-on engineering exposure specific to product development.
Hourly Pay Range: $44.20 - $55.50/hour
Required qualifications
3-6 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant technical field
Medical device industry experience
Experience in clean room manufacturing
Demonstrated understanding and usage of statistics to drive improvements
Experience with Process Characterization, Verification and Validation
Preferred qualifications
Demonstrated understanding of problem solving and root cause investigations
Expertise in Operations and/or New Product Development
Experience with Test Method Validation
Experience with Equipment Development such as (requirement definition, IQ/OQ, and acceptance testing)
Experience with Nitinol manufacturing
Demonstrated cross functional collaboration and influence in a technical environment
