Job Description:

Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering technical solutions to solve business problems which includes implementing and maintaining various software applications to meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in a clear and understandable manner. This documentation serves as a reference for both business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, which may involve customizing existing modules, creating new entities, and defining workflows.
  • Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of systems configurations and customizations to ensure that they meet quality standards and perform as expected.
  • Develop reports, workflows and extracts to support user needs.
  • Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training on how to use the applications effectively.
  • Support users with training and change management by preparing required documentation and assist with communicating expectations and requirements to the business.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using software development methodologies and project management fundamentals.
  • Ability to work successfully independently and in teams.
  • Ability to drive towards results and make decisions.
  • High energy, organized, risk taker and process oriented.
  • Ability to influence others to gain cooperation and alignment.
