Our team at Advisor Launch Lab has been hired by a fee-based financial planning team composed of a lead advisor and four support staff looking to add a stellar paraplanner to their team in St. Peters, MO. They take a holistic approach to financial planning and their mission is to provide families with objective independent advice and a highly personalized road map for their retirement success.
Their clients come to them to manage assets, provide tax planning advice, and appreciate having family meetings which bring the next generation in to deliver more complete financial planning advice.
They believe in the power of teamwork and client-centric service. The paraplanner plays a vital role in connecting the clients, support team, and advisors, embodying their commitment to vision, positive culture, and team spirit.
You're a great fit if:
You are a personable problem solver and an organizational pro who wants to be heavily involved in the financial planning process from day one.

Do you feel comfortable with various CRM systems, broker-dealer and investment advisory regulations, and financial planning tools and want to use your experience to improve upon already existing systems to deliver a top-notch client experience? This is the role for you.
