Terms of Employment • W2 Contract, 12 months • This position is hybrid with 2 days in office. • The office is located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
Overview • Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Capacity Planning Department, responsible for coordinating and completing projects within cost, quality, schedule, and objective parameters. The role includes overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project progress. • The Senior Program Manager prepares reports for upper management regarding project status, is familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, and provides leadership for project team members and the project management process. This position involves performing a variety of tasks and leading and directing the work of others.
Required Skills & Experience • Associate's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years Project Management experience. • Highly skilled in Excel. • Ability to utilize MS Office Suite. • Skilled in data analysis • Understanding of accruals
• Working knowledge of WPT, AS8, EPS and other financial tools. • Flexible and adaptable to complex, changing business conditions. • Strong attention to detail • Critical thinking skills
Preferred Skills & Experience • PMP or CAPM Certification
