Job Title: Analyst 3 - Finance
Location: Hybrid 0n-site in Raritan NJ 08869
Duration: ASAP to 12/31/2024 (and most likely to be extended)
Education Required: University/Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum 3 years experience, FP&A experience
**Must Experience Required:
Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A
Hybrid, 2 remote and 3 days onsite, flexible on days
Strong SAP and Advanced Excel skills
Minimum 3 years of finance experience (preferably 4 to 6)
Financial Reporting Experience
Budget vs Actual Reporting Experience
Ability to partner effectively, attention to detail with ability to summarize for leaders
Job Role:
Provides accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions. Provides analysis to business partners, including: business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations. Participates on cross-functional work teams. Duties & Responsibilities: Presents monthly financial reports and related analyses. Completes financial planning process. Creates and reviews financial models. Supports senior analysts with highly complex research and analysis. Works directly on, and improves complex research and analytical projects. Performs department expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting, month end, and quarter close expenses and costs. Reviews monthly closing and provides reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Presents ad hoc analyses and presentations for management.
