Job Description:
- Will be assigned stories in Jira for sprints (1-2 per sprint) and work through to completion
- Actively doing hands on development within Service Desk module
- Within the Field Services module in Service Desk, knowing how to promote up through each environment, create updates)
Experience:
- Experience in knowledge management
- In-depth experience with ITSM
- Experience in service portal
- 3+ years of ServiceNow developer experience
- Experience working with javascript, html, CSS
- Experience in virtual agent, chat
- Experience in integration ServiceNow with third party tool
