We are seeking a UX Designer to join our Design team, which includes design researchers, UX designers, industrial designers, and visualization experts. At Product Insight, we bridge technical solutions with a deep understanding of user interaction and adoption.
Our goal is to enhance the user experience across the entire system, accounting for different scenarios and workflows to ensure a seamless and friction-free experience at both physical and digital touchpoints. In this role, you will fulfill that promise by collaborating with our design research, system, and engineering teams to define requirements and translate them into tangible artifacts through iterative design.
The ideal candidate excels at facilitating, clarifying, and delivering compelling solutions for complex and ambiguous problems, serving as an user experience architect for our internal teams.
Responsibilities
Lead and drive the user experience design process from concept to final implementation.
Develop seamless and intuitive multimodal experiences across multi-device systems, both physical and digital.
Collaborate with design research, and support user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
Work with product managers and developers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business goals.
Analysis tasks, create user and system workflows, and other design artifacts to inform and drive design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and advocate for their integration into our design processes.
Communicate and present design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
3-5 years' experience as a UX Designer
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates a strong team spirit, working to achieve team goals and maintain high team morale.
