Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Franchise Operations Coach at A Place At Home Franchise. The Franchise Operations Coach will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols, conducting regular performance evaluations, assisting with business planning, and facilitating training and development programs. This role is located in Omaha, NE, with flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
? Oversee and enhance operational procedures across franchise locations,
ensuring compliance with state policies and regulations.
? Provide expert advice on state home care licensing requirements and survey
processes to maintain compliance.
Leadership and Coaching:
? Lead, mentor, and support franchise owners with a focus on developing their
leadership skills and operational efficiency.
? Conduct regular coaching calls using scorecards and KPIs, helping franchise
owners set realistic goals, establish standards, and drive performance
improvements.
Performance Monitoring:
? Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to franchise owners
to enhance their business outcomes.
? Hold franchise owners accountable for meeting performance targets while
fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
? Stay abreast of changes in state regulations and industry standards related to
home care services.
? Conduct compliance audits and assist franchise owners in preparing for state
surveys, ensuring they are fully compliant with all requirements.
Strategic Planning and Support:
? Develop and implement strategic plans to support franchise growth and enhance
service delivery.
? Provide ongoing support to franchise owners in areas such as marketing, client
relations, staffing, and specializing in operational best practices.
Qualifications
Experience in senior care or a passion for providing a higher level of senior care
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and brand identification
Experience in business planning and operations
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
