Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in office / Mondays & Fridays Remote!
Hours: 7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Expense Report Processing: Efficiently manage and process employee expense reports.
Bill Entry: Handle standard AP functions including the accurate entry of bills.
Vendor Communications: Backfill responsibilities for managing a high volume of vendor communications and requests.
Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, such as investigating unpaid vendor payments and identifying possible solutions.
High Volume Management: Manage hundreds of emails daily, sharing the workload with multiple team members.
Adaptability: Navigate and adapt to constantly changing processes, contributing to improvement and change initiatives.
Systems Utilization: Work with NetSuite and Concur for AP processes.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for data management and analysis, including pivot tables and Vlookups.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, and Excel (pivot tables and Vlookups preferred).
Communication: Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions and internal collaboration.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing processes.
