Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer goals by conducting financial opportunity sessions with new and existing clients
Offer tailored financial solutions through thorough fact gathering and needs analyses.
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Comply with all applicable laws, FINRA regulations and company policies and procedures in order to serve clients' best interests and enhance client satisfaction
Meet individually with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
Offer strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools
Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow associates.
Perform market research to stay current with financial trends
Prepare financial documents such as income projections and investment reports
Qualifications:
2+ years Financial Advising experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in market development and networking.
Effective presentation and organizational skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal and professional integrity.
