ABOUT US:
  • We are a busy household made up of two professional individuals with no kids or pets, looking for a dedicated, organized, and efficient individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant and House Manager. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our household and supporting the daily activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

House Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary
  • Monitor and manage household budgets, including handling invoices and payments
  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage shopping and procurement activities
  • Coordinating grocery purchases and basic food preparation
  • Performing basic laundry and coordinating dry-cleaning services

Personal Assistance:
  • Provide administrative support to family members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Organize and coordinate events, parties, and social gatherings
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring all needs are met efficiently
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or House Manager
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing household staff or vendors
  • Knowledge of home maintenance and repair processes
  • Background in event planning and coordination
  • First Aid/CPR certification
