Your new company


Our client is a dynamic and well known General Contractor that specializes in high-end commercial interior buildouts. With an ambitious growth trajectory from $100 million to $250 million in revenue over the next 3-5 years, they are seeking a talented estimator to contribute to their success. They have a team of 42 professionals specializing in premium commercial interior buildouts, such as law firms with projects typically ranging from $5-15Million and flagship projects valued up to $20-$30Million.



Your new role


As an Estimator, you will work closely with their Principal and Project Executive, leading on their estimating efforts as they transition their principal away from estimating duties. You will be responsible for leading on bids typically valued between $5-$15Million, with 90% of the work being negotiated, with some hard bid projects.



What you'll need to succeed

• An experienced estimator with at least 3-4 years experience of bidding work on building commercial interior projects valued between $5-$15Million.


• A motivated, self-starter with a collaborative approach.


• Ability to foster strong relationships with subcontractors.


• Fully proficient in Excel.
