Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarter is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: up to 10%

Pay: in the US this position ranges from $ 137,000 - $ 235,750

What you will do

The Supply Chain Leader, Aveeno Squad is the primary Supply Chain contact for the cross functional Aveeno squad. This position is responsible for Demand Planning and Project Management within the squad, and is also responsible for connecting Demand Planning and Trade Customization strategies for the Squad. He/She/They will champion Integrated Business Planning process development and execution at the squad level with a focus on E2E business integration and alignment to key goals. Depending on the squad, this position may oversee a team of Demand Planners and Project Managers within the squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the integration of commercial requirements with E2E Supply Chain business partners with a focus on delivering key business results: sales, service (UFR), inventory, forecast accuracy, slow moving and obsolescence, compliance. Includes, but not limited to new product launch planning, ecommerce demand sensing, trade customization planning, seasonal supply chain strategy development, end of life management, customer event planning, business continuity planning, supply constraint planning, and key initiatives of the 3-year operating plan.

• Directly leads, coaches and develops a team of up to 4 direct reports based on assigned squad, focused on demand planning and project management to support regional Innovation and Life Cycle Management programs/projects.

• Collaborates with Supply Planning, Customer Logistics Services, Value Stream Leadership, Affiliates, other Supply Chain functions, and Commercial partners.

• Works closely with the Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure a robust portfolio pipeline of projects in the Innovation/Life Cycle Management space.

• Supports advancing Regional and Global Supply Chain capabilities through the development of people, processes and systems solutions aligned to support the current and future business environment.

• Develops and manages the 24-month demand plan for the assigned Franchise(s), leaning the forecasting process, delivering critical metrics (MAPE, BIAS, System accuracy, stat forecast usage), and ensuring SAP usage of statistical modeling and other system tools.

• Develops the inventory strategy for the assigned squad: Includes Entitlement, inventory business planning, projection roll up to Squad / Franchise / Country level and corrective action planning as appropriate.

• Coordinates Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory action plans with Regional Strategic Demand, Regional Inventory, Regional Supply, and Sales Operations. Includes Business Planning, routine monitoring and reporting, corrective action planning and dispositioning.

• Leads Seasonal Planning process, strategy setting, and communication/alignment across teams where applicable

• Represents assigned squad during vulnerability reviews and action planning

• Collaborates with Regional Supply to define future vulnerability and partner with Sales Operations, Commercial Leadership and Deliver to take customer management and demand shaping actions as appropriate

• Manages the strategy and plan for New Product Introductions (NPI) for the first 6 months partnering closely with Strategic Demand and Supply Planning

• Represents Supply Chain at NPI governance forums with a lens to enabling solutions, risk management and alignment across Demand, Supply, Trade Customization and Project

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree with a focus in: Business, Management Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering). MBA or other relevant post graduate degree preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of diverse experience across any of the following: Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, or Project Management is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning is preferred

• Demonstrated direct people manager experience required.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (Supply to Customer) and associated analytics is required.

• Proven track record of delivering business results as an outcome of cross functional collaboration, managing through ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed regional leadership environment.

• Proven change leader and E2E accountability is required.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate exceptions to the forecasting and business planning assumptions to senior stakeholders, including the sensitivity of these changes is required.

• Strong understanding of different demand profiles related to Base Business, New Products Product and Tender Business, applying appropriate forecast techniques and leveraging collaboration to share best practices across involved teams is required.

• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a matrix environment besides possessing the ability to manage difficult issues and implement positive change is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications are required.

• Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required.

• Ability to influence across various levels of organization is required.

Desired Qualifications

• An IBF, APICS and/or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.

• Proficiency of SAP, APO, AC Nielsen or other forecasting/planning software is preferred.
