Job Description:

We are looking for a Corporate Controller who can maintain all compliance in accordance with US GAAP regulations. Ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• 5+ years working for a public company


• CPA


• Background in SEC Reporting and Compliance


• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor related industry


• Able to supervise overall accounting department

Onsite 2 days and 3 days remote.
