Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in North Carolina! The individual will provide leadership and supervision to the maintenance mechanics. They will also be responsible to set up and oversee a preventative/predictive maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance mechanics
- Create preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Schedule, train, and mentor maintenance mechanics to produce at maximum efficiency
- Oversee the direct planning and execution of daily activity; ensure staffing, direction, and discipline
- Direct and manage the operation to improve performance
- Direct employees in safety procedures and avoid accidents
- Facilitate and implementation of projects
- Set-up and oversee maintenance programs
- Maintain vendor performance records for evaluation and review
- Track, report, and post efficiency and reliability of each machine
Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to follow through and achieve results
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
