    About the job:



    The role of the Receptionist is to provide superior customer service to all to residents, employees, visitors and guests. You will greet visitors, direct callers and guests, prepare and sort mail, process payments, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, and complete other office/administrative duties.



    Salary: $18.40-$19.45 per hour, based on experience



    Schedule: M-F, 7:30a-4:00p-no weekends



    Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


    • Experience with Microsoft programs is essential, typing speed of 35 WPM.

    • Must be able to read, write and speak English.

    • Must be able to function independently and be able to work effectively with other personnel.

    • Must be willing to work flexible hours.


    Preferred Skills:



    • One year of office/clerical experience preferred.



    • Interacts with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.


    Essentials:



    • Greet customers, answer phones, give tours as requested.

    • Type various documents, fax, scan, and copy.

    • Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members and visitors.
