Job Description:

Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, seeks a dynamic, versatile part-time HR Consultant to join their team at their office in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate possesses small company experience, building out HR processes such as developing employee handbooks, designing performance management processes, and providing guidance around organizational structure and design. In addition, experience with benefits administration, recruiting support, and managing employee relations will allow the excel in this position. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are characteristics that will allow a candidate to succeed in this role. • Bachelor's degree, required.


• 7+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibilities including designing HR processes such as employee handbooks and performance management processes.


• Previous experience with benefits administration, recruitment, and managing employee relations issues.


• A detail-oriented yet collaborative mindset and an ability to communicate effectively.

The hourly rate for this role is $50-$65/hr.


Compensation is commensurate with experience.


This candidate will work 16-24 hrs./week
