Job Description:

TASK DESCRIPTION: Serves as special program coordinator for the Kuwait Air Force, Kuwait Armed Forces Command Staff Headquarters and Ministry of Defense (KMOD). Leads, Assists and Advises in development of critical programs and projects as assigned. TASK REQUIREMENTS: 1. Provide assistance, expertise and training in support of critical multi-faceted KMOD programs in Kuwait. 2. Provide expertise in standards development, evaluation, audit and quality reviews. 3. Provide expertise in developing presentations, facilitate meetings, conduct seminars, process improvement reviews and communications. MINIMUM PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. At least 3 years professional work experience supporting Military environment. 2. Demonstrated experience providing guidance and advice supporting proposed operational policies, procedures and organizational strategy. 3. Demonstrated experience working part of a complex team with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. 4. Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Masters Degree from accredited graduate program.
