Description:

ATA Services, Inc is seeking to hire a Receptionist for a temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Department of Transportation in Santa Fe, NM.

• Pay Rate: $17.00 with weekly pay
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

Job Duties:

• Answering Phones
• Greet Guest
• Data entry
• Mail Distribution

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience of working as an Administrative Assistant
• High School degree: additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a bonus.
• Significant experience with office management and daily operations
• Good practical experience with MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of office equipment? like printers and fax machines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
