Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and filing documents
Schedule and coordinate doctor's appointments on behalf of clients
Negotiate medical bills and payment plans for clients
Provide support with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
Work closely with the team to delegate and manage administrative tasks effectively
Maintain accurate client records and update them in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Help in preparing documents and maintaining organized files to support client insurance claims
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Experience in scheduling appointments and negotiating bills is a plus
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
