Job Description:

AG Mednet's mission is to speed medical innovation from testing to patients. AG Mednet's software platform manages collaboration between all clinical trial constituencies by automating the complex processes needed to ensure they are fast, effective, predictable, reproducible, and compliant.

About this Role:
  • Primary contact with clients to manage all aspects of trial/solutions deployment on AG Mednet product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with client trial managers and investigator sites to facilitate current and future projects.
  • Respond to users with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate the transition from work order signing through trial initiation to facilitate seamless interaction between clients, sales, and operations.
  • Sets priorities for the project team assigned to client trials and manages technical contributors to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Serves as an expert resource for Applications Engineers, Software Quality Assurance Engineers, and other staff.
  • Establish processes for increasing site adoption, including the design of training services and associated materials.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain all processes and process documentation relating to the deployment of configurable end-user products
  • Ensure all records pertaining to SOPs are created and maintained in a timely fashion.

About you:
  • BA/BS with a minimum of three to five years of Project Management experience in software implementation (must be client-facing), preferably within the clinical trials/life sciences arena.
  • Expert at developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Proven track record of successful training results with the ability to clearly instruct and direct others.
  • Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships cross-functionally.
  • Good listening skills, collaborative, team-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proactive, self-driven, able to work well in an unstructured environment while meeting all deadlines.
  • Possess solid computer skills, including Project Management Software (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in AGILE software development environment preferred
