Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio by driving strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and maximizing growth opportunities. This is a key leadership position that requires a combination of strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, execution, and management of product strategies for assigned therapeutic areas or product lines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Monitor and analyze product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve financial and market share targets.
Prepare business cases, financial models, and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree and 4-5 years of experience. MBA preferred
GENERIC pharmaceutical industry experience required
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products or portfolios.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in market research, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
