Position Summary:

As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio by driving strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and maximizing growth opportunities. This is a key leadership position that requires a combination of strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and management of product strategies for assigned therapeutic areas or product lines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve financial and market share targets.
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree and 4-5 years of experience. MBA preferred
  • GENERIC pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products or portfolios.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in market research, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
