As Receptionist/Secretary at Opelon LLP, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our office. You will support our team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for attorneys and clients.
Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure the office is clean and orderly.
Assist with basic document preparation and data entry tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
Ability to learn new software including our practice management software (Clio)
Previous office experience is a plus, but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
