Job Description:

A boutique, Midtown Private Equity firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This administrative professional will support a Partner, Managing Director and their team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, responding to emails on the executive's behalf and able to anticipate needs and next steps of the executive. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management
  • Travel coordination
  • Expense reporting (Concur)
  • Aid executive and team in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Adding notes to the CRM

This office and administrative team is low-ego and support with a "no task too big or too small" mentality. The administrative team is engrained in the day to day business and the firm is proud of their collaborative environment.
