We're currently supporting a North County company in their search for a Customer Service Representative!



Job duties include:

• Interact with customers to address their concerns, questions, and needs.


• Answer customer phone calls and emails.


• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.


• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
