POSITION SUMMARY



Graymont's Indian Creek Plant in Townsend, Montana plant is seeking an operations trainee expected to advance to the Tech I position. Successful candidates must possess a strong safety attitude, strong sense of teamwork and cooperation, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a self-directed work environment. This is a 24/7 operation and applicant will work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.


• Responsibilities:

• Perform all needed preshift examinations on all plant and mobile equipment.


• Load lime trucks & hydrate trucks


• Wash and clean assigned mobile equipment on a regular basis.


• Daily clean up and housekeeping


• Assist in kiln activities as assigned


• Other duties as assigned

• Safety oriented in every aspect of the job.


• Collaborative and proactive, excel at multitasking and teamwork


• Mechanical aptitude with sharp troubleshooting skills


• Ambitious self-starter committed to enhancing plant culture


• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in even challenging weather conditions


• Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
