Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Office Manager at ASL Mechanical in Lawrenceville, GA. The Project Office Manager will oversee day-to-day project administration, manage office operations, provide administrative support, ensure customer service excellence, and maintain office equipment and supplies.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage Purchase Orders
  • Manage Accounts Reconciliation
  • Manage Customer Certificate of Insurance Request
  • Prepare Payroll
  • Manage Certificate and License Renewals
  • Projects and General Bookkeeping
  • Manage Account Receivable
  • Manage Projects WIP Report

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in using Quickbooks for various accounting tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the Construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
