Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Office Manager at ASL Mechanical in Lawrenceville, GA. The Project Office Manager will oversee day-to-day project administration, manage office operations, provide administrative support, ensure customer service excellence, and maintain office equipment and supplies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Purchase Orders
Manage Accounts Reconciliation
Manage Customer Certificate of Insurance Request
Prepare Payroll
Manage Certificate and License Renewals
Projects and General Bookkeeping
Manage Account Receivable
Manage Projects WIP Report
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Proficiency in using Quickbooks for various accounting tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of project management principles
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the Construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
