The VP of Restaurant Operations is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's restaurant and retail shop operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive revenue and service excellence, and maximize customer satisfaction. The VP of Ops will work directly with the senior leadership team to oversee a team of Directors and Managers and ensure that all restaurants adhere to company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy: • Maintain status as employer of choice. • Identify and execute revenue opportunities. • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. • Lead and inspire our entire restaurant team (250+ people) to achieve operational excellence. • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
2. Operational Management: • Responsible to COO for profit and loss. • Oversee daily operations of all locations to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Guest Experience: • Implement initiatives to enhance overall guest experience. • Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly. • Ensure that all restaurants deliver exceptional service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
4. Innovation and Growth: • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the restaurant operations. • Lead the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance operations. • Collaborate on the opening of new locations and ensure smooth integration into the existing operations.
