In this role, you will:
Support performance and overall effectiveness of team
Provide experienced guidance and decision making to resolve complex, high-risk issues
Provide assistance on policies and procedures to team
Lead Bankruptcy team on complex high-risk accounts with planning, evaluation, and interpretation with regards to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession
Prioritize distribution of work and provide daily leadership to Bankruptcy team
Lead team to adhere to bankruptcy code, policies, procedures and local, state and federal regulations
Lead and provide subject matter expertise to individuals in complex situations on wide range of information relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong Leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
Desire to perform with attention to detail and high quality of work
Hands on Bankruptcy experience and knowledge
Experience servicing/operations within one or more of the following business lines: ODCR, Cards, Retail, Small Business, PL
Reliable, honest and trustworthy

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm with some flexibility. Hybrid schedule in office rotation B.
