Based in Centerville, UT (Covering Utah & Idaho Markets)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate development, with a strong track record of successful project delivery; experience with affordable housing and multifamily projects is a plus.
Strong understanding of the real estate development process, including market analysis, zoning & entitlements, design, finance, and construction.
