Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Specialist located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Production Specialist role involves conducting tests and troubleshoots electronic products, components, and systems to ensure production quality standards are met.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensures a continuous supply of materials to production lines by providing workstations with sufficient parts.


• Accumulates orders, counts materials, reports shortages, and transports materials to distribution point or staging area.


• Receives materials from supplier and ensures materials match physically and systematically.


• May audit kits for accuracy.


• Labels materials and put away on pallets.


• Organizes and stores materials until they are needed for production.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Must have a minimum of 9 months of manufacturing experience at Flex.


• Must be hired as a Flex employee.


• Ability to train and lead others in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to speak and understand English.


• Strong knowledge of computer programs.


• Has a strong awareness of safety standards.
