Focus:
Process payroll transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Utilize IBM (CICS & IMS) and MDM systems to manage payroll data.
Generate payroll reports and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any issues promptly.
Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience with IBM (CICS & IMS) and MDM systems is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
