Our client, a Singapore headquartered OEM MNC company with a international presence, and is currently looking skilled and proactive FP&A Analyst to be based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality financial analysis and decision-making support to senior management.
Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of production, operations, cost accounting, performance evaluation, and business planning. By compiling, preparing, and analyzing financial information, reports, and forecasts, you will contribute to the development of integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, and presentations. Accuracy and attention to detail are key as you reconcile internal accounts and ensure the precise recording of financial information.
Essential Requirements:
Education background in business and finance field with 3 to 5 years of experience in preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and results.
Background in applying quantitative tools, techniques including classical statistics, decision theory, regression and simulation to analyze business and production reports and data.
Hands on exposure to the following:
(a) generating monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue/expenses, costing, business reports and its analysis
(b) track financial status by monitoring variances from plan and analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions, by determining financial status, comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
(c) conduct pricing and costing analysis for new product line introduced
(d) reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Assist in compiling annual budgets, monitoring budgets with actual, andProficient in MS Excel and proven solid working knowledge/experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, financial planning, and financial modeling.
Experience in the Tire Industry or with Marketing Programs and Pricing analysis.
Experience with Oracle ERP r12 system is an advantage.
Professional level communication skills in Chinese/Mandarin language are preferred
