Job Description:

Job Duties:
John Deere customer survey calls monthly
Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow up after the sale
Route call information as needed to appropriate store personnel and related team members.
Answer and follow-up timely on calls.
Coordinate resolution process from start to finish.
Report issues with unresolved problems to appropriate team.
Update John Deere system with resolutions
Process documentation as required.
Maintain database with updates.
Data entry for Stihl products
Warranty Registration for handheld Stihl products
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1-3 years dispatch, receptionist or customer service preferred.
Call Center experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good telephone communication skills required.
Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
