Extended Warranty Claims Analyst

Job Duties:
Receive and process equipment warranty claimsReview parts and labor estimates on service ticketsCorrespond with store level service departmentsApprove, Adjust and/or Deny warranty claimsKeep warranty system up-to-date on part numbers

Job Requirements:
Experience in the insurance, finance and/or equipment industry is preferredAbility to use standard desktop applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Teams and Internet-based portalsGeneral Understanding of equipment and parts terminology is preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent education
